If you recently considered suicide or made a suicide attempt, and you’re not currently in crisis, then this free mini-course might be for you.

The goals are to pause suicidal actions and to shift perspective so that you can improve your life.

Note: If you think you’re in a crisis or you’re in distress, then please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255 or send the text ‘help’ to the Crisis Text Line at 741741.

Downloadable worksheets that match up with specific Steps are included throughout the course.

However, you can download the full workbook below if you wish to have everything in one place as you work through the Steps.

I had my last suicide attempt in 2006, which was suicide by cop, ending up in 2 years probation, and 2 felonies on my record. I’ve been in recovery since I was released, and have had a successful life, but I’ve never been able to talk to others like myself because I didn’t know about support for this population. I would like to hear from anyone else who has had this experience.
